As a teaching device, The Right Trac can show you the one and only way to hit a ball correctly, and it can do this without a ball.

To play golf you must hit the ball, your second objective is to hit it straight, and your third objective must be to hit it straight, consistently. But now you don't need to practice with a ball to learn this. Hitting a ball straight and consisently is not an art, it is a science, physics, and anyone can learn to do it. There is only one way to hit the ball correctly, you must bring the club in just behind the ball, staying down and following through the impact area until the ball has left the club. As this occurs, the clubhead must be travelling along a line towards the target with the clubface square, and to achieve maximum distance, the ball must be struck with, what is referred to as, the sweet spot, in the center of the clubface, how you achieve this is irrelevant.

Learn and understand this principle, then practice, this is the secret to playing better golf.

The Right Trac can be used to analyze your flaws.

Where most golfers fail is in the most important parts of this principle. The most common flaw is in the failure to start and keep the clubhead on line on the downswing, generally explained as, out to in, or, in to out swing. Research has shown that only a very small portion of golfers are aware if this occurs during their swing. The second most common fault is hitting the ball in the area of the toe or heel, 1/4inch in either direction of the sweet spot could mean as much as 30yards off a drive, 1/2inch could be as much as 50 to 60 yards. The third most common fault lies in the position of the ball, some place it too far back in their stance, others too far forward. Discovering these flaws in your swing will lead to improvement instantly, and that's where The Right Trac comes in. Unless you are aware of what you are doing wrong, you will never be able to put it right. Everyone has a different swing, so don't try to copy someone else's, perfect your own.

The Right Trac as a practice device.

After you discover the flaws in your swing, you need to practice, and that's where The Right Trac excels. Now you can practice indoors, anytime, at the office, or at home. The Right Trac is used without a ball because, contrary to opinion, it isn't necessary to practice hitting thousands of balls in order to improve. Don't take our word for it, go to the range and hit a bucket of balls. Some you will hit well, others not so good, but do you understand why you succeed with one and not the next? After talking to hundreds of people at the range, we discovered that very few people actually believed it was a useful exercise. Most believed it was necessary if they were to improve. but added that they had never seen any evidence of it. The majority of the people we talked to, even said it was frustrating and was not something they enjoyed. The reality is that you have to practice if you want to improve but it is how you practice that is important. Time is not something we have a lot of, none of us are getting younger. Every time you make a swing on The Right Trac, you will know if you are improving, if your swing is bad you will know why, you will be able to see instantly where you are going wrong and will know instantly if any change made it right. No more guesswork. With The Right Trac, you have the means to squeeze years of normal practice into months, the convenience to practice anytime, at work or home, while watching tv or talking on the phone.

The Right Trac as a training aid.

Over the winter months we have a tendency to stiffen up, which usually translates into taking months, in the spring and summer, to get back in form. We use phrases like, I should have gone to the range before playing, and yet we do little, if anything, during the winter. Not if you own The Right Trac. Now you can stay loose during the winter months, one customer put over 1600 swings on his Right Trac between Jan and April. If you like to play golf, keep those clubs handy during the winter, 15 mins a day is all you need to simulate a bucket of balls at the driving range, and you get yourself an aerobic workout at the same time.
